We use local producers wherever possible to keep food miles to a minimum, support local independent businesses and make use of the fabulous produce that comes from Dorset and the South West.

LOCAL FOOD

We monitor portion sizes and leftovers to ensure minimal food waste, which is then given to a local farmer.

All of our ingredients are delivered in cardboard which gets recycled every week, along with waste oil and glass bottles.

All of our food is cooked from basic/raw ingredients and we don’t use processed foods, palm oil or soya.

We are also signed up to the Dorset Sustainable Palm Oil Community (DSPOC).

With the exception of small amounts of cling film we don’t use single use plastics.
